Data minimization
Only information necessary for a legitimate workflow is requested. Sensitive financial information is requested at the point in the process where it is actually needed, not up front.
Who can see your information
Homeowner information is never public. Access is role-based and progressive: participating investors and team members see only the information authorized for their stage of the workflow. A notary assigned to a signing does not receive a homeowner's full financial profile.
Your choices
The platform is designed to support access, correction, deletion where legally permissible, retention schedules, and state-specific privacy rights. Contact information for these requests appears on the Support page.
