Set mandatory criteria separately from preferences, so the engine knows what is a hard filter and what is a nice-to-have.
Complete agreements
Required agreements are presented, versioned, and stored with a full audit record.
Receive Homeowner Opportunities
Compatible situations arrive in your portal, with your chosen notification channels.
Express interest or present terms
Only when you take that action does the homeowner see an Investor Offer. A compatibility score is never presented to a homeowner as your offer.

What it costs, and what is not yet built
Working transaction fee
Our working business model is a transaction fee charged only on an eligible, successfully completed and funded transaction. Fee amounts are disclosed in the applicable agreement, and the exact terms and legal characterization are subject to legal and compliance review before any agreement is offered.
Risk considerations

- A stated affordable payment is homeowner-reported information, not underwriting.
- Liens, tax issues, and foreclosure timelines vary by state and can affect timing and outcome.
- No return, recovery, or protection is guaranteed at any percentage.
