Legal advice and document preparation requiring a licensed attorney are handled by licensed counsel, not by our consultants.
Servicing
Loan servicing and payment administration, where applicable, are performed by an appropriately licensed servicer.
Notary
Notarizations are performed by commissioned notaries, subject to the requirements of the applicable state, including for remote notarization.
Identity and entity verification
Identity, entity, and compliance screening are performed by a verification provider under disclosed terms and with consent.
Housing counseling
HUD-approved housing counseling agencies are independent, free, and not affiliated with us. We encourage homeowners to use them.
