How state rules are handled
The platform includes a configuration layer for state-specific disclosures, forms, restrictions, partner requirements, notary requirements, fee restrictions, foreclosure-related requirements, and cancellation rights.
No state is treated as active until its workflows have received jurisdiction-specific compliance review. State-specific disclosure text will be published here as each jurisdiction is reviewed.
