Beneficial Start Program™
Sometimes Moving Forward Means Making a New Start.
For homeowners who no longer want — or may no longer be able — to remain in their current home, the Beneficial Start Program provides another potential pathway.
Instead of simply waiting for the situation to progress, you can explore whether a voluntary sale to a participating buyer or investor may provide a more controlled transition.
Step by step
How the Beneficial Start Program works
Tell Us About Your Situation
Complete the Homeowner Assessment and indicate that you are open to selling and moving.
We Review the Property and Mortgage Situation
The platform organizes relevant information: mortgage balance, arrears, property value, liens, foreclosure status, property condition, timing, and your own preferences.
We Look for Compatible Buyers/Investors
We evaluate participating investors and buyers whose acquisition criteria may align with the property and your situation.
Review Potential Investor Offers
If an investor chooses to present an actionable offer, you can review the proposed transaction and decide whether you want to proceed. A match is not an offer.
Complete the Sale Through the Appropriate Closing Process
If you choose an offer and all necessary parties approve the transaction, the sale proceeds through the appropriate closing, title, and legal process.
Make Your Beneficial Start
Where the transaction economics permit, you may potentially receive proceeds or negotiated relocation or departure assistance as part of the completed transaction. Amounts vary and are never guaranteed.
Say it plainly
What you would actually be doing
We will not disguise the transaction. If you move forward with a sale, you should understand exactly what that means.
- You may be selling your property to a participating buyer or investor.
- You will be transferring title.
- You will be agreeing to a purchase price.
- You will be authorizing a closing.
- You will be vacating the property.

Potential Relocation Support
Depending on the property, mortgage balance, liens, investor offer, transaction structure, lender requirements, closing costs, available equity, and applicable law, some qualifying transactions may include relocation assistance or proceeds to help the homeowner move forward. Amounts vary and are not guaranteed.
Nothing on this website is a promise, offer, guarantee, or approval of financing, modification, foreclosure prevention, or any particular outcome. Completing an assessment does not create an obligation for you or for any participating investor.
Transparency
Know What You're Agreeing To
Beneficial Housing Solutions believes homeowners should understand the process before making important decisions.
- What information is being requested, and why.
- What each agreement means before you sign anything.
- What happens next, at every stage.
- Whether something is a Potential Investor Match or an actual Investor Offer — they are not the same thing.
- Who is involved in a transaction.
- When a licensed or authorized third party is performing a regulated service.
- Exactly what you are signing.
